Lion Roars from Zion is primarily a digital ministry. Please read this policy carefully to understand the delivery methods for our different product types.

 
2. Digital Products - Instant Delivery

2.1. What We Offer
We create and distribute digital products directly. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable audio teachings (MP3)

  • Video content

  • eBooks and PDF guides

  • Digital workbooks and wallpapers

2.2. Delivery Method & Access
All digital products are made available for instant download upon confirmation of your successful payment.

  • You will receive an email with a download link, or the product will be accessible via your account on our website (if you created one during purchase).

  • You are responsible for downloading the product(s) promptly and ensuring you have the necessary software or device to use them.

  • As digital products cannot be "returned," all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

 

3. Physical Products - Fulfilled by Third Parties

3.1. No Direct Shipping
Lion Roars from Zion does not warehouse, package, or ship any physical items ourselves.

3.2. Third-Party Fulfillment
Any physical products offered in our shop (e.g., books, merchandise, apparel) are fulfilled by third-party partners, such as:

  • Amazon: When you purchase a book through our Amazon affiliate link, Amazon handles the entire transaction, including inventory, shipping, and customer service.

  • Print-on-Demand Services (e.g., Printful): For custom merchandise, your order is sent directly to a third-party partner who creates the item and ships it to you on our behalf.

3.3. Shipping & Delivery for Physical Items

  • Shipping Costs & Times: All shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and tracking information are provided by and are the responsibility of the third-party seller (e.g., Amazon, Printful) at the point of your purchase on their platform.

  • Process: When you click to purchase a physical item, you will be redirected to the third-party's website to complete the transaction. Their specific shipping, returns, and privacy policies will apply, and we encourage you to review them before purchasing.

  • Liability: Lion Roars from Zion is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues related to the shipping of physical products, as these are managed entirely by our third-party partners.

 

4. Australian Consumer Law

Despite our products being delivered digitally or through third parties, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
